PM Inspections

Preventive Maintenance (PM) Inspections offer companies a proactive solution for managing their fleet’s health. Designed for those needing regular check-ups, whether weekly or monthly, these inspections help in reducing repair costs and enhancing safety standards. THL Logistics Inc’s PM inspections blend the thoroughness of a Level II inspection with the in-depth analysis of a Level IV inspection, ensuring that your vehicles remain in optimal condition, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.

BIT-90 Day Inspections

BIT 90-day inspections are mandatory for California carriers under Section 34501.12 of the California Vehicle Code. These inspections, which must occur at least every 90 days, ensure vehicles are safe and compliant with state regulations. Documentation of each inspection is required and must be kept for at least two years. Typically, these inspections combine elements from Level I and Level V inspections.

DOT Annual Inspections
